Minasolve and Pennakem unite under one vision
We are proud to announce a major milestone in our journey toward sustainable innovation: Pennakem LLC becomes Minasolve LLC, marking the unification of two pioneering brands under the Minafin Group’s Green Chemistry Division.
This strategic move strengthens the group’s commitment to sustainable innovation and positions it for continued leadership in renewable-based specialty chemicals and low carbon footprint processes.
The newly consolidated entity will operate under two distinct business units:
· Minasolve Personal care, focusing on cosmetic ingredients, and
· Minasolve Specialties, dedicated to specialty chemicals
Both units will remain part of the Green Chemistry Division branded as Minasolve within the Minafin Group, reflecting a shared mission to deliver high-performance, bio-based solutions to a global market.
